    问题是它已经使用d3填充了。要覆盖它,只需在悬停填充<!p>上添加!important

    填充:steelblue!important;

    我不确定究竟是什么问题但是,我的猜测是,onmouseover只有当你悬停在它上面时才会起作用。因此,如果鼠标指针在生成之前已经在图表上,则不会显示工具提示。

  3. 工具提示应显示“d.State”的数据。

    这里的问题是状态数据没有附加到元素上,即d.ages不包含状态值。只需在绑定数据时附加状态值。
