我目前正在创建Chrome扩展程序，我正在使用chrome.storage.local.set并获取以存储和检索UUID。是否有任何存储机制可以在重新安装/停用扩展程序后继续存在？到目前为止，我一直无法使用chrome.storage.local或chrome.storage.sync。
