jsp没有从weblogic中的jar文件加载

我正在使用弹簧靴1.3.5.RELEASE。
我的目标中有一个jar文件的META-INF / resources /中有很多jsp 当通过嵌入tomcat启动应用程序时，会检测并加载此jsp文件，但是当weblogic 12.1.3启动应用程序时，这些文件未被检测到并加载。 提出此错误：

Index.jsp:14:19: The include file was not found.
    <%@ include file="/View/ScriptHeader/DateHead.jsp"%>

注意：我的包的扩展名为.war
