UPDATE `mytable` 
SET `isfavorite` = 0,`isadmin` = 1, `role` = 3, `field2` = 1, `field3` = 1, `isactive` = 1 
WHERE `mytable`.`field1id` = 12' AND `mytable`.`userid` = 1

两者之间的唯一区别是AND userid=1位。
