不能在ubuntu 16.04中使用localtunnel（localtunnel.me）

我第一次使用ubuntu并且在使用localtunnel时遇到了问题。我可以正常安装但不能运行它。终端说

The program 'lt' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt install looptools

我可以在全局安装sailsjs并正确运行但是这个包没有。你能给我一个在我的电脑上运行localtunnel的解决方案吗？ 谢谢。
