不带UITableViewController的xCode 7.3中的UITableView

Question

我正在尝试从xib文件加载UITableView。我创建了一个UIView对象，我用它来加载xib文件。在这里我添加了一个UITableView，但是在Xcode的最后一次更新中，我无法弄清楚如何在这个表视图中包含一个原型单元格。
