我已将插件添加到本地，但每次都会从npm获取它。但是，我没有看到任何其他插件正在查询npm。

每次我构建项目时，都会显示：

Discovered plugin "cordova-plugin-market" in config.xml. Installing to the project
Fetching plugin "cordova-plugin-market@1.1" via npm
Plugin "com.xmartlabs.cordova.market" already installed on android.
Plugin "com.xmartlabs.cordova.market" already installed on browser.
