你需要什么叫做cgi-bin脚本，其目的是将脚本作为网页执行。脚本可以是bash，python，perl或任何东西。
在您的情况下，您可以按this anwser执行.jar。 cgi-bin脚本本身是执行jar的bash命令。
如果您将linux用作服务器，这会更容易一些。
