Apache没有运行：
我对apache的xampp配置更改为：
apache prot：80＆gt; 81 apache ssl port：443＆gt; 1378
apache以
运行 运行xampp之前administrator我停止
IIS services和disable启动MySQL是
running但apache在1 sec中运行并关闭!!!
