我正在努力学习Symfony。所以我从symfony.com下载了安装程序。

我的http_proxy / https_proxy已定义，我的DNS也已定义。除非，用于下载安装程序的命令sudo curl -LsS https://symfony.com/installer -o /usr/local/bin/symfony无效。

现在，我想创建一个新项目，所以在我的项目文件夹中输入symfony new project。如果我指定symfony new project 2.8或symfony new project 3.0，则相同。
