命令行pkg-config opencv --cflags --libs opencv中的反引号是不可见的。我现在还没有理由。

事实上，在早期，我已经安装了Qt。但现在，我不希望我的程序与Qt有关。为了使我的程序不受Qt库函数的影响，我在/etc/bash.bashrc文件中屏蔽了Qt的路径变量，并安装了新的5.3.0 gcc。但是同样的错误仍然存在！

从这里下载ICU-54.1 http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/7.7/general/icu.html 并手动安装。对我来说，这解决了这个问题。
