Microsoft Azure Tools: Failed to initialize Microsoft Azure storage emulator. 
The storage emulator needs to be initialized. Please run the 'init' command. Cannot create database.

尝试替换AzureStorageEmulator.exe端口名称，但似乎无效。 还试图在管理模式下运行Azure提示并尝试编写DSInit / sqlInstance：但它显示错误为DSInit而不是内部命令。

我遇到了与2.7 Azure SDK相同的问题。 为了摆脱它，我去了C：\ users [user]文件夹并删除了以下文件：

• AzureStorageEmulatorDb42.mdf
• AzureStorageEmulatorDb42_log.ldf
