该资源是spring-ws-core依赖项的一部分，因此它必须开箱即用，但是，我猜您正在使用WLS 11（因为您标记了它）。因此，您可能没有使用Spring依赖，而是将Spring打包到WebLogic中。

尝试使用WEB-INF/weblogic.xml描述符避免这种情况，如下所示：
