（413）请求实体太大 - 在Azure上上载Wcf时

Question

我有一个Wcf服务，当在本地whith visual studio中使用时工作完美，但当我在Azure上部署它时，它会返回“（413）Request Entity Too Large”错误，当我尝试传递一个byte []时。
