尝试删除代理：export http_proxy="" && curl http://servername:portnumber/destinationpath/
或使用https代替http，反之亦然（检查运行的jenkins是哪个端口）
它是在apache / nginx /运行吗？重启那个。再次重启Jenkins。检查服务器配置。
