我按照this php image upload question底部注释中的步骤作为（愚蠢）root，现在我无法重启我的apache服务器。步骤（6）＆＃39; echo umask 002 >> /etc/apache2/envvars＆＃39;毁了它。

我已经尝试sudo apt-get -o DPkg::Options::="--force-confmiss" --reinstall install apache2认为它可以恢复任何配置文件但是在重启时失败。

我宁愿避免重新安装apache，有什么办法可以修复它吗？
