您的库位于非标准位置,因此动态链接器无法找到它。
您可以通过设置LD_LIBRARY_PATH
来告诉它在哪里看:

$ ./bin/Release/Test
或者,如果要将库安装到非标准位置,可以设置用于链接的编译器标志:
