我的新Joomla 3.x网站（前一天安装​​在localhost（WAMP 2.4）中）出现问题。 我无法访问我网站的管理部分

Error You cannot access the private section of this site".

我更改了密码（MD5），但没有出现正面结果。 有什么建议？提前谢谢。
