将用户名标记添加到Axis2 Web服务（未在轴2引擎中运行）

Question

我在轴上使用Maven2 WSDL2Code插件创建了一个Web服务。

    Which create a .war file as build result and which is running on the tomcat server and it does not need to deploy into axis2 engine. Since I have done a mapping in "web.xml" file as bellow.

所以在这里;我应该在哪里放置Rampart模块（因为我不在这里使用Axis2.war）？ 我可以在这里使用任何maven依赖项用于Rampart模块吗？
