我是PHP新手。我有一个Web表单，我用它来存储Mysql中的数据。我使用jQuery在我的表单中显示当前日期。之后在php页面上显示该数据，这里是编辑该数据的选项。使用CRUD操作我执行该工作。当用户单击编辑按钮时，针对从db获取的id并显示在Web表单上的所有数据。我还使用jQuery在edit.php中显示当前日期。现在的问题是，当用户点击编辑按钮日期时，无法从数据库中正确获取复选框数据。
例如我在2015年6月30日存储数据并检查复选框，但是当我点击编辑按钮时，将显示所有字段数据，但未选中复选框，并且由于我的jQuery，日期也在当前日期更改。
