使用@ font-face，变音符不会出现错误的字体

Question

我使用Kiro和Lato字体作为一些文字，在我的文中我有罗马尼亚语变音符号。

当我在Photoshop中使用时，Kiro有变音符号，而像我一样包含Lato

但显然变音符出现在Times New Roman中我认为（查看下面的图片）

另外，我需要提一下我的内容：

<meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

有人可以解释我如何解决这个问题，以及为什么变音符号的字体不正确？
