这是因为IPv6在我的网络上运行得不好。如果它可用,httplib(以及因此请求)似乎更喜欢IPv6,但如果它不能很好地工作,那么当IPv6请求超时时你可能需要等待很长时间。设置超时会导致它在超时到期后回退到IPv4,然后成功。在我的网络上禁用IPv6已经解决了这个问题(因为我认为会修复IPv6)。
