Spring安全性错误创建名为'org.springframework.security.web.DefaultSecurityFilterChain的bean

Question

我创建了一个带有安全性的弹簧网站，其中包含带有maven的netbeans。我一直在阅读有关在pom.xml中添加依赖项的内容，但我没有使用maven创建我的项目，因此没有pom.xml文件。我在尝试设置安全性时不断收到此错误。该错误发生在spring-security.xml文件中。如果我不在web.xml中添加它，项目工作正常，但当我将它包含在web.xml中时它不起作用。我从maven呼吸中复制了弹簧安全罐/文件夹。
