您的应用正在以生产模式运行。我可以告诉这个因为Forcing Waterline to use `migrate: "safe" strategy (since this is production)并且concat / uglify任务正在运行。
这个过程（concat / uglify）可能会破坏已分配的内存。我在使用大量js / css进行处理的小型heroku实例上进行部署时已经看到了这一点。您可能想尝试https://github.com/mbuchetics/heroku-buildpack-nodejs-grunt在部署而不是启动时运行grunt。
