经过几个小时的调试后，我发现答案非常简单。需要发送的唯一参数是要下载的文件的URL，如下所示：

该参数需要是一个关联数组，其中包含名为＆＃39; Url＆＃39;的单个元素。

客户端将返回一个包含元素＆＃39; GetItemResult＆＃39;的数组。（成功时设为0），＆＃39;字段＆＃39; （包含关于来自库的文件的各种信息的75个阵列的数组），最后是＆＃39; Stream＆＃39;其中包含字符串中的Base64编码文件内容。
