使用Android上的Material设计的SwipeRefreshLayout低于5.0

我想在Android 4.0+上使用SwipeRefreshLayout和材质设计

但我在Android 4.4上看到KitKat样式刷新动画

是否可以在Android 5.0以下的材质设计中使用SwipeRefreshLayout？

我看过official post，但没有提到SwipeRefreshLayout。
