你有没有机会在这里使用cygwin？特别是，系统是从cygwin二进制文件中获取的吗？

如果您的服务器是cygwin，请尝试将其删除并将其替换为Windows版本。

如果您的服务器是Windows版本，但是您已经从PATH中的cygwin安装创建了b，请尝试从PATH中删除cygwin以确保您选择了Windows版本的createdb。
