嗯，这绝对不是oAuth2或Doorkeeper的问题，但正如预期的那样，它是由SQL Server引起的。更具体地说，SQL Server 2005不允许在唯一索引上使用多个NULL值。
因此，对于这种特殊情况，我找到了解决问题的解决方法，直到我可以将此数据库迁移到其他DBMS系统。
