我们有一台没有互联网连接的prod服务器机器，我希望能够执行＆＃34; pip wheel＆＃34;。

我已将virtualenv-1.9.tar.gz下载复制到prod服务器并将其解压缩。首先，为什么不能立即获得点轮？

当然upgrade无法正常工作（没有互联网连接...）

如果更新pip，您仍然可以使用该虚拟环境，但最好更新到最新的virtualenv。如果您没有连接下载wheel源包，请将其解压缩并使用：

pip install wheel-0.24.0 /

不要忽略最后的斜杠。
