联系表单不会发送到Windows服务器，但适用于apache（linux）Web服务器

Question

我的联系表单不会发送到Windows Web服务器，但适用于apache（Linux）Web服务器 有什么我需要在PHP中改变我希望它在两者上工作。如果不是只在Windows服务器上工作就可以了。
