目前，每次启动Ubuntu时都会启动Neo4j服务。这是不受欢迎的行为，因为我将其用作开发机器，并不总是需要运行neo4j。

独立于neo4j，您可以使用update-rc.d命令来管理基于init.d的服务：

update-rc.d -f neo4j-service remove
