使用SSL 3.0到正常端点。但我不能
curl -3 https://api-3t.sandbox.paypal.com/nvp
到沙箱端点。我会得到
curl：（35）错误：1408F10B：SSL例程：SSL3_GET_RECORD：版本号错误
