一开始我知道有很多帖子到＆＃34;主动拒绝连接＆＃34;但是我没有在我的特殊情况下找到一些东西。
我们有一个c#自托管WCF-WebService，可以作为真实服务或控制台应用程序启动。
此服务可以调用其他此类服务来交换文件。
现在我们有了第一个Customer，我们需要通过代理呼叫(host)service。
如果我启动(client)Service作为控制台应用程序，evrything工作正常，但如果将其作为服务运行我得到错误：
Could not connect to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:81/xxxxxxxxx/xml.
TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively
refused it xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:81.
这里奇怪的是我的问题不在于我的身份验证功能（工作正常）。
可悲的是，我不知道这里出了什么问题......
