XamlToHtml希望FlowDocument和RichTextBox为您提供Section。该部分是完全有效的，包含您需要的文本，但XamlToHtml不会处理除完整FlowDocument之外的任何内容。
将该部分包裹在<FlowDocument>元素中，你应该好好去。当然，您必须调整命名空间（xmlns），因此我建议您将其操作为XmlDocument而不是文本。
