我安装了XAMPP，出于某种原因，当我开始运行Apache时，它并没有运行。我没有使用Skype，也将端口从80改为8080,7777。但似乎没有任何效果。此外，当我尝试打开日志时，它们都是空的。

好吧，不知何故重新安装XAMPP对我有用。

确保将xampp文件夹安装（或解压缩）到根目录（C：\）。它帮助我，即使Skype在同一个端口上监听，apache仍然可以启动。

最好将http端口和ssl端口更改为最大65535的某个不同的数字。您必须分三步更改它：

1）在配置面板中 - ＆gt;服务和端口设置 - ＆gt;主要港口＆amp; SSL端口

2）Apache（httpd.conf）

3）Apache（httpd-ssl.conf）

错误：Apache意外关闭。更改了端口，仍然无法正常工作
