好像你使用sudo太多了。确保您是~/.npm和~/.meteorite内所有文件的所有者，所以基本上

sudo chown -R username:username ~/.npm ~/.meteorite

sudo npm install -g meteorite

如果您在teloscope app文件夹中执行sudo mrt，它可能会正常运行。
