尽管在最新的API上失败[INSTALL_FAILED_OLDER_SDK]

Question

我是编程新手，我基本上是在尝试将我创建的应用加载到手机上。但我不断收到以下消息： - 失败[INSTALL_FAILED_OLDER_SDK] 这对我没有意义，因为我的minsdkversion设置为8，我的设备运行Kitkat。 我附上了我的清单。
