在UNIX系统上,只有拥有超级用户授权(“root”)的用户才能绑定到端口&lt; 1024.请尝试运行此版本,该版本包含函数调用,并使用sudo更好地处理错误/报告。接下来将端口更改为&gt; 1023并在没有sudo的情况下再次尝试。
