编译用C或C ++编写的Python扩展（如python-dev）需要psycopg2包。如果您正在运行基于Debian的发行版（例如Ubuntu），则可以通过运行

来安装python-dev 
apt-get install python-dev

或

apt-get install python3-dev

取决于你的python版本。

之后，继续像往常一样在psycopg2环境中安装virtualenv。

对于Ubuntu 14.04，来自Docker image python:3.4.3-slim这个组合对我有用：

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y build-essential
sudo apt-get install -y python3.4-dev
sudo apt-get install -y libpq-dev

pip3 install psycopg2

注意build-essential包。这对我来说至关重要。
