从十进制转换为二进制后,二进制值没有显示足够的8位

我的编码需要帮助。我想将RGB值(十进制)转换为二进制值。但每当应该有' 0'在二进制值前面,结果没有显示' 0' 0位。

示例:decimal = 94,binary = 0101 1110.但我的结果显示为101 1110。

我想分析我的程序的所有二进制位,图像隐写分析。如果没有足够的8位二进制位,我担心会出错。

你不需要用力量来划分吗?

float power = Math.pow(2, 4);
String r4bit = Integer.toBinaryString((int)(red/power));
String g4bit = Integer.toBinaryString((int)(green/power));
