<button **type="button"** value=" Send" class="btn btn-success" **type="submit"** id="submit"><i class="glyphicon glyphicon-inbox"></i> Submit</button>

您不需要键入=＆＃34;提交＆＃34; 和键入=＆＃34;按钮＆＃34; 。删除type =＆＃34;提交＆＃34;这会阻止你重定向。

或者您可以使用type =＆＃34;提交＆＃34;并在你的索引javascript中你可以使用
