您的主机1＆amp; 1似乎未安装.Net 4.5。 如果要使用EF 5.0.0.0，则需要此版本的.Net。

在我的情况下，无法识别entityframework.dll文件的数字签名，
我通过卸载并重新安装NUGET实体框架包解决了这个问题，重新发布了项目并重做了一切。 （如果你不使用nuget，你可以删除引用并重新添加它）
