根据我的经验fclose适用于所有已打开的文件，而不仅仅是使用fopen打开的文件。

此外，由于您运行的是matlabpool，因此每个工作人员（MATLAB.exe进程）都需要释放他们的文件。为此，我建议在try内创建一个catch - parfor。
