我不确定您的应用程序设计是什么样的,但我经常在将数据提供给R之前进行数据库内预处理。例如,如果您正在绘制时间序列,则实际上没有必要显示每个X轴上的第二天。相反,您可能希望聚合并获得最小值/最大值/平均值,例如一到五分钟的时间间隔。
