String.remove不像我想的那样工作。这导致了一个运行时异常，直到我进行调试才显示，这就是为什么TESTER的文本没有得到更新。

我能够以不同的方式解决我的问题。

不是立即构建字符串并尝试棘手的字符串操作，而是将每个字符串放入列表中，然后删除最后一个字符串的最后一项。然后，一旦我有完善的列表，然后我将它添加到字符串。
