我找到了解决方案！

似乎以某种方式禁用了旧版插件，我启用了插件系统 - 遗产并且该网站再次正常工作！

现在我真的需要努力将网站升级到至少j 2.5

P.S。真正的问题是j 1.5.17。这与自动禁用system-legacy插件有严重问题。我已将网站更新为1.5.26。并且不再有这个问题！
