我在Ubuntu 12.4中安装了Oracle 11g XE，并且难以让Oracle在TCP端口上绑定。 IP6绑定似乎没问题，但不是IP4（tcp 0.0.0.0:1521）。

刚发现这篇文章，我遇到了同样的问题。这是在安装后更改我的主机名的结果。我能够通过更新两者中的主机名来解决问题：

/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/network/admin/tnsnames.ora

和

/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/network/admin/listener.ora
