我需要生成一个这样的大型网址：
/backend.php/Inscription/export/1577,1578,1579,..., 1580 etc....
但是当URL有超过400个ID时，我会收到以下错误：
You don't have permission to access /backend.php/Inscription/export/1577..... on this server.
我在服务器上的配置是否有问题？
