没有预编译就无法在localhost上编写新的javascript

Question

我已经制作了一个Rails应用程序，并在编译资产后部署到Heroku。但是，既然我已经编译了一次资产，如果我想对localhost上的javascript进行更改，我每次都要重新编译资产，否则新的javascript没有正确注册，我看不到更改在localhost上，这使开发变得非常缓慢，因为我必须等待它为每个更改进行编译。

我可以添加一个设置来避免此问题吗？
