Question

我无法设置psycopg2 w / pip＆amp;虚拟环境所以我可以在heroku上启动django应用程序。

我目前正在尝试按照SO solution来解决我的问题（如下），但我一直试图运行此命令，

sudo apt-get build-dep python-psycopg2

我收到此错误
